MLB at Bat for iOS Update Brings Exciting New Features

A new update to MLB.com's At Bat app has added a slew of new features that baseball fans will love. If you have a paid subscription, you can now access Ford SYNC voice commands, which provide scoring information, schedules, and live audio feeds.

The Ford SYNC feature is available in AppLink equipped vehicles, utilizing Ford's unique voice-activation technology and voice commands.

In addition to Ford SYNC, At Bat has also been updated to add a brand new overlay, which displays relevant Gameday data on top of live broadcasts, so you can see scores right away. The iPad version of the app has synced video overlays for pitch and match up data.

An all new video highlight sharing feature will allow you to share exciting game highlights on Facebook, Twitter, and iMessage on the iPhone, and new preference settings allow users to change view options for the on screen scoreboards.

If you're not already an MLB user, you can download the app for free from the App Store. A yearly subscription with access to premium features will run you $2.99 per month and up.
